Bratt Trading Warranty
Unless otherwise indicated on the product all electrical products are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of the retail purchase. If a customer chooses to claim warranty a receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided to prove the original date of purchase. The guarantee covers defects created from normal use that can be referred to as a material and / or manufacturing flaw. Bratt Trading compensates our customers, ie. the wholesaler, trough repair or replacement of the products that meets the warranty requirements. Shipping and possible customs costs related to warranty repairs by Bratt Trading is paid by the customer. Bratt Trading pays the cost for return shipping to the wholesaler.

Consumer Purchases Act / Warranty / Reclamation
Some confusion exists about the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers under the consumer purchasing act and the difference between a warranty and a reclamation claim. We therefore attach the rules that applies according to the Swedish Consumer Agency new EU-adjusted rules ( ).
